About us

Started in Surrey. Still answering our own phone.

Jodh Building Services began in 2024 as a family-run operation cleaning homes around Surrey. It grew the way service businesses ought to grow — one referral at a time, from clients who kept asking whether we could take on their office, then their building, then their portfolio.

A building services company, not an agency

Floor care, exterior washing and light maintenance sit alongside the routine clean across 12 services, so property managers deal with one accountable contractor instead of five separate trades.

The same family still runs it, and the standard is agreed in writing before a single visit.

  • Highly Trained Professionals
  • Premium Quality & Equipment

What we do

We offer a wide range of specialist cleaning services

From a single family home to a twenty-storey strata tower, every contract runs to the same written standard. Open any service for the full checklist.

Residential Cleaning

Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleans tailored to how your household actually lives — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.

Commercial Cleaning

Scheduled janitorial programmes for retail, warehouse and mixed-use sites, delivered after hours so your business never pauses.

Office Cleaning

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Top-to-bottom vacant property cleans built to satisfy landlords, realtors and strata handover inspections first time.

Building Maintenance

Light maintenance bundled with your cleaning contract — lamping, filters, minor repairs and scheduled condition checks.

Floor Care

Strip, seal, buff, polish and deep extraction across vinyl, tile, hardwood, terrazzo, concrete and commercial carpet.

Kitchen Cleaning

Deep degreasing for domestic and commercial kitchens — appliances, extraction, splashbacks, floors and food-contact surfaces.

Restaurant Cleaning

Overnight hospitality cleaning that keeps dining rooms immaculate and kitchens ready for an unannounced health inspection.

Gym Cleaning

High-touch equipment sanitising, change room care and odour control for fitness studios and building amenity gyms.

Library Cleaning

Low-noise, low-dust cleaning for libraries and reading rooms, using methods that protect shelving, media and paper collections.
